My Week in Stick Chicktivity - 04/26/19

April just blew by, didn't it? Let's get this party started.

TRAINING

Saturday I got in a bit of anyo training before we did a bunch of holiday weekend stuff.

Sunday morning at the Kansas City Presas Arnis Meetup we continued improving our punyo entries using single stick sinawali and two-vs-one single sinawali to work right and left hands. Fun day!

FRIDAY THOUGHTS
