TRAINING
On Saturday I took Younger Daughter to try a martial arts school. She really liked it, so we're going to start going there from now on. It's actually a place I have an eye on for myself as well... 😁
Sunday at the Kansas City Presas Arnis Meetup we worked on punyo entries in flow (from single sinawali and from two-vs-1 single sinawali) as we build the path to tapi-tapi. Such fun material!
Still working on those Modern Arnis anyo tweaks...

Been fighting migraines all week, which is annoying, but I've still been able to get in some training.
