TRAINING
We're now running THREE Zoom sessions at the Kansas City Presas Arnis Meetup - Wednesday at 8 pm, Sundays at 8:30 am, and Sundays at 7 pm (central daylight time). Might get crazy and add more, you never know, so if you wanna come play, you're welcome to join us.
We're covering a lot of solo material (of course): footwork drills, striking patterns and drills, and fine-tuning sinawali, to name a few.
At Elite Dragon Martial Arts Presas Arnis Class, our Facebook Live classes continue. We've been working our 8 count feeding pattern and Defensive Response #1. By now I was planning to promote folks and move on to the next rank.
These sessions are the highlight of my week.

FRIDAY THOUGHTS
Allergy season is in full swing here in the lower Midwest and wow, it's a hard-hitting one this year. This is the single big downside to moving here.
